So I'm updateing my journal surprised? astonished?  Who am i kidding no one reads this thing anyways.  So I had some thoughts the other day.  It was in the midst of something that was going on I found quiet dumb but it took me back to a journal I wrote a while back I believe it was pointless rant.  I'm to lazy to look it up in any case the thought of that journal was why does every one just give happy yea that was great comments to every piece of crap or wnderful piece of art on DA.  I found it strange at the time.  I thought part of the idea was good old constructive critisiscm I totally spelled that wrong but what ever I don't care.  No one tell my wife.  Anyways I was in a class this last semester and it answered my question as to what DA is really about.  My teacher mentioned that one of the most beautiful sounds to the human ear is applause.  It was slightly metophoric but still the point was every one likes to be noticed and every one like to here they are wonderful in some way.  DA is really good at that. It doesn't matter if your pictures are stunning or blah it feels great when someone comes by and gives you a little + Fave.  And sometimes they even leave an insightful little wow I like that about your picture!!! Really its kind of nice you can pat yourself on the back and think I am an artist.  Not the best not the worst but an artist.  Thats why I like DA.
